Handicap-Accessibility: The structure, site improvements and parking areas must be in compliance with all federal handicap-accessibility requirements. ACHD Acceptance: All impact fees, if any, shall be paid prior to the issuance of a building permit. If any changes must be made to the site plan to accommodate the ACHD requirements, a new site plan shall be submitted to the City oflVleridian Planning staff for approval prior to the issuance of a building permit.
