The Committee decided to allow the encroachment of your proposed 6 foot high wooden fence into the side street set back area as you had proposed. 1. The length of fence paralleling Amethyst Street will be set 12 feet from back of sidewalk. 2. The "good side" of the fencing shall face the street. 3. The space between the fence and sidewalk shall be landscaped and maintained by you. 4. Prior to digging please call "'Dig-Line" at 342-1585 for location of underground utilities. 5.
