Regular Meeting of the Meridian PLanning & Zoning Commission called to
order by Acting Chairman Charlie Rountree at 7:30 p.m.:
Members Present: Jim Shearer, Tim Hepper:
Members Absent: Jim Johnson, Moe Alidjani:
Others Present: Wayne Crookston:
The Motion was amde by Shearer and seconded by Hepper to approve the
Minutes of the previous Meeting held October 9, 1990 as written:
Motion Carried: All Yea:
The Motion was made by Hepper and seconded by Shearer to approve the
Minute of the Special Meeting held October 30, 1990 as written:
Motion Carried: All Yea:
Item #1: Findings of Fact & Conclusion of Law on request for Annexation
and Zoning by Britton, Spencer and Fuller-Scott:
Chairman Rountree: Are there any questions or comments? There were none:
The Motion was made by Shearer and seconded by Hepper that the Meridian
Planning & Zoning Commission hereby adopts and approves the Findings of
Fact and Conclusions of Law as prepared:
Motion Carried: Roll Call Vote: Hepper, Yea: Rountree, Yea: Shearer, Yea:
The Motion was made by Shearer and seconded by Hepper that the Meridian
PLanning & Zoning Commission hereby recommends to the City Council of
the City of Meridian that they approve the annexation & zoning requested
by the Applicants for the property described in the application, subject
to the conditions stated in the Findings of Fact & Conclusions of Law:

Item #2: Request for Rezone by Al Loveland to allow a Fish Pond:
Chairman Rountree: The City Clerk has advised that Mrs. Loveland called
this date and asked that this request be tabled or postponed until the
February Meeting due to Mr. Loveland having to enter the hospital for
surgery and allowing him time to recuperate before appearing before the
Commission.I would recommend that we table until that time:
The Motion was made by Hepper and seconded by Shearer to table the Rezone
request of Al Loveland until the regular meeting in February:
