The Committee decided to allow the encroachment of your six (6) foot high wood fence into the side-street setback area with the following conditions: 1. Locate the fence five (5} feet from the back of sidewalk. 2. The fence shall connect near the mid-point of this side of the house. 3. The "good" side of the fence shall face oakcrest. 4. The area between the fence and sidewalk shall be landscaped and maintained by you. 5. Prior to digging post holes please call Dig-Line at 342-1585 for location of underground utilities. 6.
