Dear Debra: -
The Meridian City Fence Variance Committee met on June 8, 1992
4:00 P.M. in City Hall, in your presence, to discuss your request.
The Committee decided to allow the encroachment of your six (6)
foot high wood fence into the side-street setback area with the
following conditions:
1. Locate the fence ten (l0) feet from the back of existing
sidewalk.
2. The fence shall connect near the mid-point of this side of the
house.
3. The "good" side of the fence shall face Pintail Drive.
4. The area between the fence and sidewalk shall be landscaped
and maintained by you.
5. Prior to digging post holes please call "Dig-Line" at 342-1585
for location of underground utilities.
6. Please obtain a fence building permit at City Hall prior to
beginning construction.
