M. in City Hall, in your presence, to discuss your request. The Committee decided to allow the encroachment of your proposed b foot high fence into the setback area with the following conditions: 1. The length of fence paralleling Newport Avenue shall be located 5 feet from back of sidewalk. 2. The 5 foot space between fence and sidewalk shall be landscaped with shrubs and grass or otherwise maintained by you. 3. The easterly length of fence may extend from your homes southeast corner or from a point 10 feet west of the southeast corner, as you may decide. 4. The "good side" of the fence should face Newport Avenue. 5. Prior to digging please call "Dig-Line" at 342-1585 for location of underground utilities. 6.
