It was decided the fence can :be located in the. setback'a~ outlfined below: 1. The fence corner near your northeast property corner shall be no closer than 15 feet from the back of sidewalk; the fence shall then extend to a point l@ feet from the back of sidewalk at a point opposite the northeast cor^ner of your home; the fence can then parallel the back of sidewalk, or your. home, to a point 47 feet from yo~_tr norti~east property corner where the fence shall ret~_trn to your home. 2.
