The Mussell Comer Subdivision has an existing cross access agreement that provides access from S. Meridian Road and E. Victory Road to each of the individual lots. Asphalt/gravel drive aisles provide the access. The purpose of this project is to reconstruct the main drive aisles located on Lots 3 and 4 with an asphalt ballast section to improve vehicle traffic flow from S. Meridian Road and E.
