M: - November 9, 1992, in City Hall to discuss the construction of a five (S) foot high board fence in the side yard setback area, approximately twelve (12) feet from and parallel to the back_of sidewalk. After consideration of your request the committee decided to allow the variance request' as pre ented subject to the following: 1. The top of the fence sha..11'be approximately six (6) feet above the top back of sidewalk elevation,. 2. The area between the fence and sidewalk shall be landscaped and maintained by ypu. 3.
