After reviewing our code and speaking with Anna, we do not need to have him bring that parking lot up to current standards regarding wheel stops. Because he went through the correct process to obtain a CZC from us, the parking lot is a legal non-conforming use; unless he is modifying the parking, no changes to the parking lot use should be required. Can you please make sure this a-mail and direction gets into both of your current CZC's out there? I will print a copy and put it in the old Parking lot CZC you did a few years ago too so as other CZCs come in we are consistent (leaving a clear record for 5 years+). Thanks. C.
