August 11, 2008 ' City of Meridian Planning and Zoning 660 E. Watertower Lane, Suite 202 Meridian, Idaho 83642 Re: CERTIFICATE OF ZONING COMPLIANCE APPLICATION MERIDIAN CITY HALL FACILITY - "O.T." DISTRICT LCA N0.06016.01 4-d To Whom It May Concern: The City of Meridian respectfully requests for your review of the proposed parking lot which will be located on the southwest comer of Main Street and Broadway Avenue. This site was the site of the previous service station that has been recently removed. The parking lot is designed to have a total of 52 parking spaces. These parking spaces will contribute to the total number of parking spaces for the new City Hall. Access into the parking lot is proposed from Broadway Avenue. Exit from the new parking lot may be either on to Broadway Avenue or from the alley on to Main Street. Landscaping will consist of new street trees along Broadway and Main Street. In addition, a mixture of ground cover and shrubs will provide a landscape buffer between the parking lot and adjacent sidewalk. Parking bumpers will be added along the south and west parking stalls to keep vehicles from impeding pedestrian movement along the paved access ways. These parking bumpers will be shown on the construction documents. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have relating to this project or if you need additional information for you review. August 11, 2008 City of Meridian Planning and Zoning 660 E. Watertower Lane, Suite 202 Meridian, Idaho 83642 Re: CERTIFICATE OF ZONING COMPLIANCE APPLICATION MERIDIAN CITY HALL FACILITY - "O.T." DISTRICT LCA N0.06016.01 4-d To Whom It May Concern: The City of Meridian respectfully requests for your review of the proposed parking lot which will be located on the southwest corner of Main Street and Broadway Avenue.
