Construction is underway with an intended opening date of October 27~h, 2008. FCO respectfully requests permission to use the exterior of the premises for patio seating (see attached) and firmly believes that such use will add energy, character and style to the Downtown Meridian core. At this time, FCO is planning on placing approximately 40 seats on the Main Street sidewalk along the primary store front shaded by market umbrellas, as well as 36 seats within the abandoned alley way facing Generations Plaza, also shaded by market umbrellas. FCO intends on applying for a weekly live music permit during warmer months and believes the patio seating is critical to its business success, as well as providing the necessary ambience and energy desired.
