Heidi Place Dear Mr. Laughridge: the Fence Variance Committee met on April 22, 1991 at 4:30 P. M. at Meridian City Hall pursuant to the Notice of Public Hearing for this variance request dated April 4, 1991. After much discussion the committee decided to allow a modification of your proposal to vary from the city fencing ordinance. Specifically, the six t6) foot fence can be constructed as follows: Fifty nine t59) feet along your north westerly boundary as shown on your sketch except, the southerly ending point of this length shall be 5 feet from the back of sidewalk; thence, forty five t45) feet south easterly along Kimra Street to a point fifteen t15) feet from the back of sidewalk; thence north easterly approximately fifteen t15) feet to the side of your house.
