Dear Mr. Fleming:
The Fence Variance Committee met on April 8, 1991 at 4:30 P. M. at
Meridian City Hall pursuant to the Notice of Public Hearing for
this variance request given on March 22, 1991..
After discussion of your proposal the Committee decided to allow
a variance to the City Fence Ordinance. Specifically, the
requested six (6) foot high solid wood fence can be constructed
along your north boundary to a point approximately four (4) feet
from the edge of the sidewalk; then south paralleling your west
boundary to a point approximately 56 feet from your north
boundary; then east to the west side of your home. The existing
storm drain manhole and pipe are to be on the street side of the
new fence. The smooth or good side of the fence shal l face N. W.
11th Avenue.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to 11-9-605 J. 10. of the
Revised and Compiled Ordinances of the City of Meridian, that
the Fence Variance Committee of the City of Meridian will hold a
public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Idaho Street,
Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 4.30 - o'clock __p__.m., on
A~2ri1 8-, lq~l ~ 1990, for the purpose of reviewing and
considering the Application of ERic Fleming
for a variance from the Meridian Fence Ordinance at the
property legally described as follows: Lot #1 Blk #2
Misty Meadows Subdivision # 1
and known by the address 1080 Kingswood CRT.
The Applicant proposes to Build six (6) foot
Fence from NW Corner of lot 56 Feet to the South along
NW 11th Street.
The public is welcome. Testimony, objections, and comments
will be heard and considered by the Committee.
A written decision of the Committee will be issued to the
Applicant and any person requesting in writing a copy of the
decision-will be furnished one.

Any aggrieved party may appeal the decision of the
Committee directly to the Meridian City Council pursuant to
Section 11-2-416 G.1.
