Dear Mr. Fleming: The Fence Variance Committee met on April 8, 1991 at 4:30 P. M. at Meridian City Hall pursuant to the Notice of Public Hearing for this variance request given on March 22, 1991.. After discussion of your proposal the Committee decided to allow a variance to the City Fence Ordinance. Specifically, the requested six (6) foot high solid wood fence can be constructed along your north boundary to a point approximately four (4) feet from the edge of the sidewalk; then south paralleling your west boundary to a point approximately 56 feet from your north boundary; then east to the west side of your home. The existing storm drain manhole and pipe are to be on the street side of the new fence. The smooth or good side of the fence shal l face N. W. 11th Avenue. If you have any questions please call.
