This meeting was held pursuant to the Notice of Public Hearing for this variance -request dated October 1, 1991. The committee decided to allow the placement of your fence as proposed, specifically as follows: 1. The fence will be set 2 feet from the back of sidewaik for the length of 31 feet and will box out the water meter with a dimension of 3'x4' as showy, on your drawing. 2.
