The Meridian City Fence Variance Committee met on October 21,
1991 at 4:30 P.M. in City Hall, in your presence to discuss your
request. This meeting was held pursuant to the Notice of Public
Hearing for this variance -request dated October 1, 1991.
The committee decided to allow the placement of your fence as
proposed, specifically as follows:
1. The fence will be set 2 feet from the back of sidewaik for
the length of 31 feet and will box out the water meter with
a dimension of 3'x4' as showy, on your drawing.
2. The good side of the fence will face the street.
3. The area between the fence and sidewaik will be landscaped
and maintained by you.

the Fence Variance Committee of the City of Meridian will hold a
