MERIDIAN PLANNING & ZONING OCTOBER 29, 1991
Special Meeting of the Meridian Planning & Zoning Commission called to
order by Chairman Jim Johnson at 5:30.pm.
Members Present: Moe Alidjani, Jim Shearer, Tim Hepper:
Members Absent: Charlie Rountree:
Others Present: Janet Butterfield, Wayne Crookston:
Chairman Johnson: This is a Special Meeting of the Commission to review,
consider and take action on the Findings of Fact & Conclusion on the
application of Dennis & Janet Butterfield.
The Motion was made by Shearer and seconded by Alidjani to amend the
Findings to include easement for water line on page #S,paragraph 5.
Motion Carried: Shearer & Alidjani, yea; Hepper abstained:
The Motion was made by Shearer and seconded by Alidjani that the Meridian
Planning & Zoning Commission hereby adopts and approve the Findings of
Fact and Conclusions as amended:
Motion Carried: Roll Call Vote: Hepper, Abstain; Shearer, Yea, Alidjani,
Yea, Rountree, Absent:
The Motion was made by Shearer and seconded by
Planning & Zoning Commission hereby recommends
City of Meridian that they approve the Condit
by the Applicant for the property described in
conditions set forth in the Findings of Fact &
amended:
Alidjani that the Meridian
to the City Council of the
Thal Use Permit requested
the application with the
Conclusions of Law as
Motion Carried: Shearer, Yea; Alidjani, Yea: Hepper, Abstained:
The Motion was made by Hepper and seconded by Alidjani to adjourn the
meeting at 5:35 p:m:

5:30 o'clock p.m., Tuesday, October 29, 1991, at the Meridian City
Hall, 33 East Idaho Street, Meridian, Idaho. The purpose of said
meeting is to review, consider and take action on the Findings of
Fact and Conclusions of Law on the Application of Dennis and Janet
Butterfield for a conditional use permit at the property located
in Old Town described as lot 12, Block 3, and Lot 12, Block 4,
Williams Additions to the City of Meridian, Meridian, Ada County,
Idaho.
The public is welcome but this is not a public hearing and
no comment or testimony will be taken regarding the above matter.
