BERT MYERS ROBERT GIESLER MAX VERRINGTON Chairman Zoning 8 Planning JIM JOHNSON Three of the four members of the Meridian City Fence Variance Committee met in your presence on September 3, 1991 at 4:00 P. M. at Meridian City Hall. This meeting was held pursuant to the Notice of Public Hearing fur this variance request dated August 15. 1991. The Committee agreed to accept your proposal to locate the proposed 6 foot high fence along a line parallel to and 40 feet from the center line of Cherry Lane Road. Angle points in this fence line. at your subdivision entrance road, will be as shown on the plan you submitted with the application. At that meeting the allowable height of a proposed berm beneath the fence was also discussed with no decision being made. The full Committee met again today, September 9. 1991, to discuss the combined allowable height of the fence and berm. After much discussion, the Committee decided that this combined fence/berm height should be 6'6" from the elevation of the top back of sidewalk. The maximum cross slope of sidewalk not t_o exceed 2 percent. Mie understand that the maintenance of the fence and area betweer, fence and sidewalk is addressed in your subdivision covenants as a responsibility of the Crystal Springs Homeowners Association. Please be advised to call Dig-Line at 342-1585 for location of any underground utilities prior to digging post holes.
