Dear Mr. Reinbolt:
The Meridian City Fence Variance Committee met in your presence
on May 2B, 1991 at 4:30 P. M. at Meridian City Hal l pursuant to
the Notice of Public Hearing for this variance request dated May
7, 1991.
After discussion, the Committee unanimously decided to allow a
modification of your proposal to vary from the City fencing
ordinance. Specifically, the six t6) foot high board fence can
be constructed as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of
the house then northerly approximately 14.5 feet to a point ten
ti0) feet from the back of the existing sidewalk; thence west to
the existing board fence along the subdivisions west boundary.
The smooth or good side of the fence shall face the street.
The homeowner should be aware that the grass mound at his lot's
northeast corner will need to be maintained as grass only. Any
shrub planting will violate the "line of sight" requirement for
vehicles entering Chateau Dr. from N. Zircon Place.

the Fence Variance Committee of the City of Meridian will hold a
public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Idaho Street,
