SPECIAL MEETING OF THE MERIDIAN PLANNING & ZONING MAY 29, 1990
The Special Meeting of the Meridian Planning & Zoning Commission was called to order by
Chairman Jim Johnson at 5:15 P.M.:
Members Present: Charlie Rountree, Jim Shearer, Moe Alidjani:
Members Absent: Tim Hepper:
Others Present: Darwin Buchanan, Jerron Moore:
Johnson: The purpose of this meeting is to consider a recommendation to the City Council
on vacating a utility and drainage easement in Commerce Park Subdivision as applied
for by Darwin Buchanan and Truck Equipment Corporation. Do ,you have any questions?
There was no response Erom the Commission Members. I just have one, it refers to
Stein Truck Equipment, is this the same as on the application?
Buchanan: Yes, that's correct.
The Motion was made by Alidjani and seconded by Shearer to recommend approval to the
City Council for vacating a utility and drainage easement in Commerce Park Subdivision
for Darwin Buchanan and Truck Equipment Corporation.
Motion Carried: All Yea:
The Motion was made by Rountree and seconded by Shearer to adjourn at 5:20 p.m.:
