The Notion was made by Rountree and seconded by Hepper to approve the Minutes of the
previous Meeting held June 12, 1990 as written:

Item #1: Findings of Fact & Conclusions of Law on Application of New Concept Developers
for Annexation & Zoning w/Conditional Use Permit:

The Motion was made by Hepper & seconded by Rountree that the Meridian Planning & Zoning
CoRmission hereby adopts and approves the Findings of Fact and Conclusions as prepared:
Motion Carried: Roll Call Vote: Hepper, Yea: Rountree, Yea: Alidjani, Yea:
The Motion was made by Rountree and seconded by Alidjani that the Meridian Planning and
Zoning Commission hereby rec~aneuds to the City Council of the City of Meridian that they
approve the annexation and zoning requested by the Applicant for the property described
in the application, subject to the conditions stated in the Findings of Fact & Conclusions
andr~rtnerad approval of the Conditional Use Permit upon the conditions set forth in the
Findings of Fact & Conclusions of Law:

Item #2: Findings of Fact & Conclusions of Law on request by Brent & Gwen Alger for
a Conditional Use Permit:

The Notion was made by Rountree and seconded by Hepper That the Meridian Planning &
Zoning Coa¢nission hereby adopts & approves the Findings of Fact & Conclusions as
prepared:

The Notion was made by Aldjani and seconded by Rountree that the Meridian Planning and
Zoning hereby recommends to the City Council that they approve the Conditional Use
Permit requested by the Applicant for the property described in the application with
the conditions set forth in the Findings of Fact & Conclusions of Law and that the
property be required to meet the water & sewer requirements, the fire & life safety
codes, the Uniform Building Code anal other Ordinances of the City of Meridian:

Chairnian Johnson: One item which is not on the agenda, the City Attorney has prpeared
a amended decision & recaRnendation for the Findings of Fact & Conclusions of law
on Misty Meadows Subdivision which was the Notion made at the meeting held on June
12, 1990, this reflect that Motion, the Coimtission should approve this recannendation.
The Motion was made by Rountree and seconded by Alidjani that the Meridian Planning &
Zoning Commission hereby recamiends to the City Council that the approve the Rezone &
the Preliminary Plat requested by the Applicant for the property described in the
application upon the condition that the lots on the south boundary be increased in
size to a miniminn of 7,500 square feet and access to the parcel caned by Hal Hatch be
provided and shown on the plat.

Cha;•*n-,n Johnson: I have tentatively scheduled a Special Meeting for July 31, 1990,
if the Carmission has no objections and there will be a quoriun present. The Commission
had no problem with the Special Meeting:
Being no further business to cane before the Commission the Motion was made by Alidjani
and seconded by Rountree to adjourn at 7:40 p.m.:
