The following described property to be known as ERWIN
ANNEXATION and to be zoned "C" Commercial:
A tract of land situated in Government Lot 4 in Section 18,
Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, Ada County,
Idaho, described as follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of said Section 18; thence N. 88°45'
E., along the South line of said Section 18, a distance of 641.08 "
feet to the Real Point of Beginning;
thence N. 0°13' W., a distance of 426.17 feet; thence S. 88°42'
W., a distance of 573.48 feet to a point on the East right-of-
way on Highway 69; thence N. 4°25'42" E., along said right-of-
way a distance of 48.50 feet to a highway right-of-way monument;
thence North along the said East right-of-way a distance of
628.29 feet to a right-of-way monument at the intersection of
