I have received your letter of August 12, 1977, indicating that the City
of Meridian has joined in the Ada Planning Association and that the Ada
Planning Association will be assisting you in the development of a Com-
prehensive Plan. I have assigned to this project an Associate Planner,
Ray Hamilton, who has been with our office about 3 years and is very
familiar with Ada County. Ray has extensive experience in planning and
I believe can do an excellent job in assisting in the preparation of a
Comprehensive Plan. I have asked Ray to complete by the week of August
22 an outline and time schedule for work on the Plan. During the week of
August 29th, I hope that we can all meet together to discuss the work
program and time schedule. I will have Ray contact you and set up a
specific meeting date.
We are looking forward eagerly to serving the City of Meridian. If you
have any questions or are in need of any assistance, please do not hesitate
to call me at 384-4310.
Sincerely yours,
ROBERT HILGENBERG
Executive Director
