Dear Audrey:
Pursuant to the Notice of Hearing for this variance request given
on Noveaber 20, 1990, the Fence Variance Coeeittee ^et today,
Dece~eber 7, 1990, at 4:30 p. ~u. in the Meridian City Hall.
After discussion of your proposal it was decided by the Co~emittee
to allow your variance request to the City fence Ordinance as you
have proposed. Specifically the six (6) foot high fence can be
constructed three (3) feet off the back of sidewalk froe your
easterly property line to the east edge of the easterly Bost
projection on the ho~ees north wall. The ssooth or good side of
the fence shall face Chateau Avenue.
Also, attention should be given to the unsodded area at your lots
northwest corner. The •axi~eu^ height of shrubs in the sight
triangle at an intersection is 36 inches. I aBl enclosing a
photocopy of a page froze our Ordinance showing the site triangle.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to 11-9-605 J. 10. of the
Revised and Compiled Ordinances of the City of Meridian, that
the Fence Variance Committee of the City of Meridian will hold a
public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Idaho Street,
Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 4:30 o'clock ~.m., on
Dec. 7 1990, for the purpose of reviewing and
considering the Application of Audrey Lin.
for a variance from the Meridian Fence Ordinance at the
property legally described as fo1~,o+~s:Lot #1 Blk 2 Chateau
Meadows #1 Sub 2210 Lochness Way
and known by the address 2210 Lochness way
The Applicant proposes to buid six foot fence
within three feet of sidewalk along Chateau (see drawincL Attached)
The public is welcome. Testimony, objections, and comments
will be heard and considered by the Committee.
A written decision of the Committee will be issued to the
Applicant and any person requesting in writing a copy of the
decision will be furnished one.

Any aggrieved party may appeal the decision of the
Committee directly to the Meridian City Council pursuant to
Section 11-2-416 G.1.
