KINGSFORD Mayor July 3, 1990 Mr. Charles Francis 2228 Creekview Drive Boise, Idaho 83642 RE: Fence Variance Request-2228 Creekview Dr. Dear Mr. Francis: Pursuant to the Notice of Hearing for this variance request given on June 11, 1990, the City Fence Variance Committee met yesterday, July 2, 1990 in your presence at Meridian City Hall. After discussion of your proposal it was decided by the Ferice Committee to not allow your variance request. The reasons for our denial were primarily based on the close proximity of the driveway to the east of your lot and the line of sight we feel necessary for the safety of vehicles entering Willowbrook Dr. (a collector) from Cree}:view Dr. We appreciate your coming to the City to request this variance from our fence ordinance. If you wish, you may appeal the decision of the Committee directly to the Meridian City Council pursuant to Section 11-1-416 G.1. Si cerely, Gary D.
