Meeting called to order by the Chairman, Willard Rowley
Members present: Jim Kling; Burl Pipkin; Lee Mitchell

Others Present: Ray Hamilton, Arthur Collins
It was decided to hear the Frank in SGUare matter at the next meeting.
The Commission discussed the deadlines involved in compliance with the
Comprehensive Plan. Mr. Hamilton is to look into this for compliance.
Mr. Hamilton presented the hand out report of the survey results to the Commission
Members that had not received them in their boxes.
Mr. Collins explained the print out of the survey results in the Impact Area to
study the Comprehensive Plan.
It was pointed out in the discussion that a community couYd be directed in its
growth according to a plan that has been thought out properly.
it was pointed out that the newspaper survey has had to be dropped due to the
time involved.
It was thought that the Commission should have an agenda which would encourage
public that have problems to appear on public hearing night.
The Commission in order to get the Comprehensive Plan formulated, needs to have
working nights that are not interrupted by the public problems.
It was thought that Commercial property should not be scattered throughout the
town but centralized in planned locations.
It was noted that this community is interested in a clover leaf at Eagle and the
Interstate for future traffic control in Meridian.
