The Commission reviewed the final plat of the Franklin Square.
Mr. Stubblefield was present.
The original and the final plat were compared. It was noted that the name of a
street should be changed - street name to S. W. 7th.
A variance from the Ordinances is needed for street width, 50' with 5' easement instead
of 60'.
There is a special use permit for warehouse storage and office space.
The motion was made by Jim Kling and seconded by Annette Hinrichs that the
Commission recommend to the City Council that the Preliminary Plat of the
Franklin Square Subdivision Final Plat be accepted and approved.
Motion passed: All yea.
The developer must correct these items:
Street to be named S.W. '7th
Easement across Ten Mile Creek be 60 feet.
