The meeting was called to order by Chairman Don Sharp at $:05 P.M. and
adjourned for lack of quorum.
The Motion was made by Hinrichs and seconded by Tewksbury that the meeting
adjourn and be postponed until 7:00 P. 61. 6-14-79.
Motion Carried: All yea.
