Meeting was called to order by Chairman Don Sharp at 8:01 p. m.
Members present: Annette Hinrichs, Lee Mitchell, Ken Tewksbury, Burl Pipkin.
Others present: Mike Anderson, Dave Smith, James Potter.
Minutes of previous meeting were approved as read.
Agenda
1 First Church of Christ Concept Plan
Mile Anderson was present to display concept plan of the First Church of Christ
to be located in Stucker Annexation, adjacent to the east of Bethaven Subdivision
on W. Cherry Lane.
There was discussion concerning easement along Nine Mile, parking, and sewer
crossing.
The Commission could see no problem with the concept plan.
Mike Anderson left at this time.
The Motion was made by Hinrichs and seconded by Pipkin that the Commission
ask the Citizens Advisory Committee to include contract zoning in the proposed
ordinances.
Motion Carried: All yea.
Jim Potter, Citizens Committeeman, explained the procedure of contract zoning.
There being no other business to come before the Commission, the meeting was
adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
