__ Special Meeting of Meridian Planning & Zoning October 28 1985
Meeting called to order by Chairman Bob Spencer at 5:30 p.m.

Item #1: Findings of Fact & Conclusions on Request for Conditional Use
Permit for Samuel & Roberta Lytle:
Chairman Spencer, are there any comments or questions of the Commission?
There was no Response.
The Motion was made by Morrow and seconded by Cole that the Meridian Plan-
ning and Zoning Commission hereby adopts and approve the Findings of Fact
and Conclusions on the Lytle application as prepared by the City Attorney:

The Motion was made by Alidjani and seconded by Morrow that the Meridian
Planning and Zoning Commission hereby recommends to the City Council of
the City of Meridian that they approve the Conditional Use Permit request-
ed by the Applicant for the property described in the application under
the conditions stated in the Findings of Fact and Conclusions:

Item #2: Findings of Fact and Conclusions on Request for Annexation and
Zoning by the Terteling Trust #7:
Chairman Spencer, are there any comments or questions of the Commission?
There was no response.
The Motion was made by Morrow and .seconded by Shearer that the Meridian
Planning and Zoning Commission hereby adopts and approves the Findings
of Fact and Conclusions on the Terteling Trust #7 as prepared by the
City Attorney:

The Motion was made by Morrow and seconded by Shearer that it is hereby
recommended that Applicant's property be annexed and zoned C-G, provided
the City Council approves o£ a variance from 11-2-408 8; that the Appli-
cant be required to meet the requirements of the Ada County Highway Dist-
rict and the Central District Health; that the development be subject to
Site Planning Review; that a long term agreement on sewer and water be
encouraged between the Applicant, the City and the Meridian Sewer and
Water District; and that the property be subject to the Ordinances of
the City of Meridian.

The subject of the Faye Brewer Application was brought up and the
problem that has arisen with the Valley News not publishing the notice
for hearing on November 12, 1985 and if the Commission should have a
Special Meeting to hear this Application as it was through no fault
of the City or Mrs. Brewer that hearing would have to be delayed:
The P4otion was made by tdorrow and seconded by Alidjani that the Meridian
Planning & Zoning Commission hold a Special Meeting on November 19, 1985
at 7:30 p.m to hear the Brewer Application for a re-zone.
Motion Carried: All Yea:
Being no further business to come before the Commission the Motion was
made by Cole and seconded by Johnson to adjourn at 5:35 p.m.;
