Motion Carried: All Yea: Item #2: Bob Wherry, imput from the Commission: Mr. Wherry was present to see if the Commission forsaw any problems with obtaining a Conditional Use Permit for an office in a house located at 128 East Pine, he explained that they felt they would have adequate parking at this location, they could have at least four spaces off the alley in the back of the house. This would be an office facility for the Valley News and they do not do any printing there, would strickly just be an office with their computers. It was the consensus of the members of the Commission that they could not forsee any problem as long as the property owners in the 300 foot radius of this property had no objection.
