Regular meeting called to order by Chairman Annette Hinrichs at 8:02 P.M.
Members present: Don Sharp; Burl Pipkin; Lee Mitchell;
Bob Spencer, absent
Others attending: Kavin Dowdle, Scout
Minutes of the previous meeting were corrected to add member Lee Mitchell as
member present.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as corrected.
Point of View Bus Bench proposal was discussed.
The Motion was made by P~itchell and seconded by Sharp that the Commission do not
consider the Bus Bench proposal because Ordinance as drafted does not permit off
Premise signs and for the lack of public need.
Motion Carried: All yea
The Motion was made by Pipkin and seconded by Sharo that the meeting be
adjourned at 8:07 P.M.
