(Meridian Planning and Zones Commission Meetinq February 8, 1982
Regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting called to order by Chairman
Annette Hinrichs at 8:00 P.M.
Plembers Present: Lee Mitchell; Bob Spencer; Burl Pipkin; Tom Eddy

The Motion was made by Lee Pitchell and seconded by Bob Spencer that the minutes
of the previous meeting held January 11, 1982 be approved as. written.
Motion Carried: All yea
The Plotion was made by Bob Spencer and seconded by Tom Eddy that a Public Hearing
be held at the Meridian Primary School, 48 West State St., P~eridian, Idaho, on
March 11, 1982, at 7:30 P.P1., to recommend approval of the proposed Zoning Ordinance
and Zoning flap, Section 2-400 and the proposed Subdivision and Development Ordinance
Section 9-600.
Motion Carried: All yea
The Plotion was made by Lee P~itchell and seconded by Burl Pipkin that the meeting
be adjourned at 8:05 P. M.
