(ITEM Cpl)- REX HARRISON -II~IPUT Mr. Harrison was present to obtain the Planning & ZOilii~, Comadssion possable approval for Annexation of 1-4 acres on Ten Mile Road. Mr. Harrison advised the conmision that he would like to build a house on this property but it had been illegally subdivided and he could not do anything with it. He also ad- vised that the Old Stone Church and the L.D.S. Church property would be in favor of the annexation as their property is a part of this illegal subdividing. There was discussion on sewer and water for this property. The co~mdssion advised that they would look in fawr of this property being annexed along with the church properties. (ITEM ~p2)-PUBLIC HEARING REZONE BIDELCO ~ JOHN MATUNAS. Mr. Matunas was present to represent this request. Mr. Matunas advised the cotcmissian he would like to build dental offices on this proeprty. Probably would be offices for at least three dentists. Dr. Vorlicky & Dr. Camron are involved with Dr. Mattmas on this project. Coamission members raised the question of the traffic problem on Cherry Iane. Dr. Matunas advised office hours are from 9:OOA.M. to S:OOP.M, and that Dr. Vorlicky and Dr. GaQmon are from 8:OOA.M, to 5:00 P.M. at the present time. Their offices are across from the High School and this would not create any greater traffic problem than present location. Egress & Ingress to the property was discussed and Dr. Matunas would like entrance form Cherry Lane for the patients and the parking would be in the front. The employees would come off of N.W. 8th and their parking would be in the rear. Building would be of the design of the buildings by the High School with landscaping similar to what they have there. Chairmazi Bob Spencer opened meeting for public hearing. There was no comment. Public hearing was closed. The anti~was made by Morrow and seconded by Aldijani to i~ruct the City Att y to prepare Findings .of Fact and conclusions o he Rezone request by Bedelco and John Matunas. Nk>tion carried -ALL YEA The motion. was made by Morraa and seconded by Aldijani that the Finding & Facts and Conclusion reflect recoacrendation of approval by the co~anission with the stipulation that they conform to the City Ordinance and Ada County Highways coaaients. Notion carried-all yes OTHER BUSIIVESS Chairman Spencer announced that High Country of Idaho, Inc. had requested a special meeting on August 27th, 1984 to hear their request for Platting and Conditional. Use Permit. T17e motion was made by Morrow and seconded by Aldijani to hold a special meeting on August 27th, 1984 to hear the h Country of Idaho Inc. request as well as Findings of Fact and Conclusions on the Rezone request by Bedelco and John Matimas. Motion Carried -ALL YEA Charitn~l Bob Spencer bmught up the need for a workshop on the proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendments. It was decided to place this as an Agenda Item on the September 12, 1984 meeting. Beigg there no further business to come before the catmission. The motion was made by Cole and seconded by Aldijani to adjourn at 8:12P.M.
