Gentlemen:
On August 14, 1967 at 7:3o p.m, the Meridian Zoning Commis-
sion held a meeting at the Meridian City Hall wit h: all members
in attendence.
It was moved by W, G. McCurry, seconded by Jack Cresson and
unanimously passed by the commission that a special permit be
granted so that the following property, to-wit:

Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 in Block 5 of Williams Addition
to Meridian, according to the plat thereof filed in Book 3 of
Plats at page 127, records of Ada County, Idaho;
EXCEPT the following described property:
A parcel of land being on the Easterly side of the centerline of
State Highway No. 69 Project No. 5-3782(1) Highway Survey as shown
on the plans thereof now on file in the office of the Department
of Highways of the State of Idaho, and being a portionof Lots
12 and 11 of Block F- of Williams Addition to Meridian, Idaho,
according to the plat thereof filed in Book 3 of Plats at page
127, records of Ada County, Idaho and being described as follows,
to-wit:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Block 5 of said Williams
Addition to Meridian, Idaho, thence Northerly along the West line
of said Block 5 a distance of 126.91 feet tot}~e Norhhwest corner
thereof; thence Easterly along the North line of said Block 5 a
distance of 10.0 feet to a point in a line parallel with and 40.0
feet Easterly fromihe centerline and opposit Stattton 474+06.64
of said State Highway No. 69, Project No. 5-3782(1) Highway Survey;
thence South 0°45'50" West along said parallel line 106.64 feet
to a point opposite Station 473+00 of said Highway Survey; thence
South 47°31'49" East 28.32 feet to a point in 3~e South line of
said Block 5 and being opposit e: Station 0+62 of the Franklin
Road Survey as shown afirthe plans of said Highway Survey; thence
Westerly along said South line 32.0 feet to the place of beginning,
The bearings as shown in the aiaove land description, unless
otherwise noted, are from the Idaho Plane Coordinate System
based on the transverse mercator projection for the West Zone of
Idaho. To convert to geodetic bearings, a correction of 0°26*30"
must be subtracted from all Northeast and Southwest bearings
and added to all Northwest and Southeast bearings.
Highway Station reference: 472+`]9r7.3.toa474+06.64.
for t21e purpose of building and operating a retail filling
station.
