As a follow up to the petition presented earlier, I hereby request
the planning ~ Zoning Commission to reclass the property situated
at 66 East State Street, Meridian, Idaho also known as Lots 14 and
15 of Block 6 F.A. Nourse's 2nd Addition to Meridian -- together
with any "footage'" to be added later from lot 13 of the same block
to be zoned as Commercial instead of Residential.
Further, it is my request to ask for approval fora building
of a Circle K Market since I have a proposal pending at present
with this Corporation. Should it not materialize and some other
occupancy is desired I will re-apply for any other occupancy which
it may become necessary to request the Commissions permission on.

within 300 feet of the DEAN MAYES property situated at 66 East
State Street, Meridian, Idaho do hereby give our permission for
the re-classification of the said property to be rezoned for
COMMERCIAL instead of RESIDENTIAL with the understanding that the
said Mr. Mayes is intending to demolish and remove the old dwelling
presently situated on this property and to build a new commercial
building for rental purposes thereon as his own property.
