into the City of Meridian and for zone change to residential
on the following piece of property: N 1/2 of the S W 1/4 of the
N W 1/>+ of section 12, township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise,
Meridian, in Ada County, Idaho.
This is a 20 acre parcel West of Gregory subdivision. This would
give you the continuity to annex the school property into the
city if they so request.
