IIntil the Zoning R, Planning minutes are put in formal order, I
wish to report concerning the action taken by the Zoning and Planning
Commisdi.bn, on January 21, 1974, in the matter of;
William E. Howell
PC-73-121-ZC Howell Investments, which was tabled
by ,you, for our recommendations.
The Commission findings were to deny this zone change for use as
a travel trailer park. This recommendation is to be forwarded to the
City Council on February 4, 1973. It has been the policg to sustain
the actions o£ the zoning commission, unless some special need arises.
