I am in hopes that a written request will be given perhaps more
+reight than a telaphcnic complaint, Several weeks a;ro I tallied to a
gentleman from your office and advised him of the following circum-
stances: Mr, Albert Baar of 1035 E. Franklin Rd., Meridian, (]./2
mile East city limits) advised us the middle of April he vras moving
a trailer house onto the small pasture immediately west of our house,
Mr, Beer's property consists of abaut 4 acres due west of our 7
acres. which we have resided on since May 1968. My complaint to your
office was that we did not wish a trailer to be moved. in next to
our house inasmuch as approximately 2 years ago I checked with Ada
County Zoning and. inquired. if we could put a mobile home on our
p?~operty for the use of my widowed. mother. I was tole. we could not,
(Incidently we h~.d planned to sat her new mobile home toward the
middle of our property nov;here Haar any existing houses,) Since
we were told we ware not zoned for any mobile homes, my mother sub-
sequently purchased. a lot in a trailer park for over X5,000,
The gentleman from your office that I talked. with last month
advised that he would have a ~~county enforcer" check out the matter
with Mr, Baer and let us know. I have had. no word from your office
and this past weekend Mr. Baer proceeded to move a trailer In
about 20--;0 feet from our bedroom windows. Hays been informed
c1' our displeasure, but will not consider removing the trailer
unless ~~I (M•r, Baer) might get in trouble with the county,+~
Is there any way Mr, Baer could be for cod to remove this
trailer from his premises?
A few years ago when the Beers bought the property from Harry
Frost, they moved in an. enormous shed for his farming equipment and.
set it directly on our property line very close to the back of our
house, The area had previously been in pasture. This building has
never bean painted and. ie a horrible eyesore. Mr. Baer admits it
needs paint. but will do St when. he gets .around to it. Do we
have any recourse regarding this situation either?
We have tried tc be neighborly since the Beers have resided
next door, but I have dust about had it when he put the trnller
right next 'to our bedroom,
