Councilmen present: Bill Brewer, Grant Kingsford, Ron Tolsma, Rick Orton Jr.
Meeting called to order 6:30 P. M.
The Motion was made by Bill Brewer and seconded by Ron Tolsma that the Beer License
Transfer Application per City of Meridian Ordinance 3-207 to- Larry J. Bates and
Brenda I. Bates be approved and that the City of Meridian Liquor License be renewed
per 23-514 State Code and 3-1304, 3-1310 City of Meridian Code be approved for
Larry J. and Brenda I. Bates doing business as the lJar Eagle Saloon.
Plotion Carried: Brewer, yea; Tolsma, yea; Kingsford, yea; Orton, yea
Plotion made and seconded to adjourn at 6:45 P. M. Motion Carried
