The f+lotion was made by Orton and seconded by Brewer to go into an Executive Session
for the purpose of discussion of concern over the City of Meridian's legal advise.
Executive Session called under Section 67-2345 of the Idaho State Code.
Motion Carried: Brewer, yea; Kingsford, yea; Orton, yea; Tolsma, yea
Mayor Glaisyer: "We are now in Executive Session."
The Motion was made by Kingsford and seconded by Brewer that the Executive Session
be adjourned.
