Meeting called to order by Mayor Joseph Glaisyer at 7:35 p.m.
Members present: Richard Williams, Bill Brewer, Rick Orton.

Plinutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
There was no other business to come before the Council.
The Motion was made by Williams and seconded by Brewer to adjourn at 7:40 o.m.
