I have had an Architect look at the property and there is still a lot of questions as to what we can do there but at this point in time we are going to try and follow through with our orginal plans and relocate my business there. With respect with the comments made by the City Engineer and the Ada County Highway District we have no problems there when and if we do go ahead with the project. Acting Mayor Brewer: Is there anyone else in the audience who wishes to testify on this request? There was no response, the Public Hearing was closed. I would ask for a Motion to approve the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law as prepared for the Planning & Zoning. Motion Carried: All Yea: Department Reports: Acting Mayor Brewer: As the Council is aware the City of Meridian is going to have to purchase a new Fire Truck in the near future and some of the funds necessary for this purchase were budgeted in this fiscal year. It was brought to my attention that these budgeted funds should be set aside for this purpose as they become available. To accomplish this I believe we need to have the City Attorney prepare a Resolution that would establish a separate Fire Truck Fund into which these funds could be placed as they become available. The Motion was made by Tolsma and seconded by Giesler to have the City Attorney prepare a Resolution for the establishment of a new Fund to be known as a Fire Truck Fund.
