The Motion was made by Kingsford and seconded by Brewer to approve the
transfer of Beer, Wine and Liquor License from Bud Reimer, dba Bud's Broiler
to Merinco, Inc., dba Bud's Broiler.
Motion Carried: Williams, yea; Bodine, yea; Kingsford, yea; Bodine, yea.

I have prepared a statement that I would like to read tonight that is rep-
resentative of three long-time residential areas and families who are within
300 ft, oS one and/or both of the developments under consideration this
evening, i.e. the General-0ommereial use and L.D.S. sites.
The Mr. and Mra. Hawley, Embury and Buskey families some to this meeting
as friendly~optimistis, yet eonaersied families since the intended use of the
isragediate area is about to undergo a change that will affect our residential
area. 1Cnoxing this, our intent is simply to minimize unnecessary noise,
traFfle,flow and aeenia contrast while both developments are in the early
planning stages.

would like to be discussed tonight so that the building plans can insorpoy-
ate them (most are already included), especially since the eonsideratiorss are
neither cumbersome nor costly but xi1T help minimize disruption to our rns-

to by the church at last November's City Council meeting),
P• A greenbelt of grass, treea,shrubs,and hedges about 'SO feet in width
on the ID3 property (Notes future Dldg, expansion on the blueprint
goes south toward Overland Rd.).
