APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO IN THE SUM OF $30,248,236 AND ALLOCATING ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURES AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
