AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
07-1336 THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
OCTOBER 1, 2007 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2008. APPROPRIATING
ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,
IDAHO IN THE SUM OF $30,248,236 AND ALLOCATING ADDITIONAL
EXPENDITURES AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO:
Section 1. That Ordinance No, 07-1336, the appropriation ordinance for the City of
Meridian, Idaho, for the fiscal year commencing October 1, 2007 and ending
September 30, 2008 be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
