HAMMOND, 0. D. Conditional Use Zoning 719 Meridian St., Meridian, Idaho I am requesting conditional use zoning at above address so that I may use it as a part-time Optometrist's office. This office will be in addition to my office in Boise and will be open one or two days per week. All patients will be on an appointment basis. The basement will be used as a residential apartment. The five parking spaces available in the rear of the house will be more than sufficient for the apartment and office help. There is also sufficient space for patient's parking, if they desire, in the rear of 719 Meridian St. However, patients should have a free choice to park in front of 719 Meridian St., in the two available parking spaces. Thank you. Thomas R. Hammond, 0.
