requesting consideration of extending the annual contract for enforcement o
City Health matters.

the Conditional Use Permit granted you on the property
located at Meridian and Franklin Streets, expires on
February 4, 1975. As part of the agreement in granting
the Conditional Use Permit, the property was going to be
cleaned up and cleared. This has not taken place and I
am instructed to inform you that if at the date the permit
expires the same has not been taken care of, the permit
will not be renewed.
In addition, I am informed that you are using the
property located at the `Tortheast intersection of King
and Meridian Streets in a manner which is in violation of
our zoning ordinance. You are hereby instructed to stop
immediately or action will be taken for violation of the
Ordinance.
