AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 7-519 OF THE REVISED
AND COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY,
IDAHO, DEALING WITH CHARGES FOR FUTURE SEWER HOOKUPS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1: That that portion of Section 7-519 of the
Revised and Compiled Ordinances of the City of Meridian, under
paragraph {C) Future Hookups, is hereby amended to read as
follows:

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 5-122 OF THE REVISED
AND COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY,
IDAHO, DEALING WITH CHARGES FOR WATER AND INSTALLATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1: That that portion of Section 5-122 of the Revised
and Compiled Ordinances of the City of Meridian, dealing with
water hookup, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Water hookup $250.00
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force and effect
from and after April 1, 1975.

ORDINANCE N0. ~rI
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING A PORTION OF SECTION 7-519 OF THE REVISED
AND COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY,
IDAHO, AND REPLACING THE SAME WITH NEW MATTER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1: That that portion of Section 7-519 under
(A) User Charges, numbers 1 and 2, of the Revised and Compiled
Ordinances of the City of Meridian, is hereby repealed and
replaced with the following:
1. All domestic sewer users served entirely by the City
Sewer System shall be obligated to pay their proportion of the
cost of the laterals, trunk line and treatment plant hereby
determined to be the rate of $3.50 per month.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force and effect
from and after May 1, 1975.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the
City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this~,~ day of March,
