On February 4~ 1974 you were granted a conditional uao
permit for the period of one year at the location of
12 West Franklin.
At the time of the granting of this special use you had
informed the Council that you intended to clean up this
corner sad make it presentable.
I am sure that the ones who signed your petition had
this is mind eleo.
Duriag the City Council meeting of October 7, 1974 this
area was discussed. Ths Council was unanimous in the belief
that you would make this area presentable in granting this
special use permit.
It is necessary that you take immediate steps to improve
the appearance of these premises and that a continuing
program be initiated for maintenance or your conditional use
permit will be cancelled.
