TAE REVISED AND COMPILID ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA
COUNTY, IDAHO:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COiJNCII, OF TliE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTX,. IDAHO:-
Section 1. Section 8-908 of the Revised and Compiled
Ordinances of the City of Meridian, is hereby repealed.
Section 2. WE~REAS, there is an emergency therefor, which
emergettcy ie hereby declared to exist,, this Ordinance shall take
effect dad be in foroe dad effect from and after its pnasage,
approval and publication as required by law.
