AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION OF MONEY FOR ALL THE NECESSARY EXPENSES AND
LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
COMMENCING THE FIRST DAY OF JANUARY, 19749 AND ENDING THE THIRTY-FIRST DAY OF
DECEMBER,.1974, THIS ORDINANCE BEIM KNOWN AS THE`ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL,
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

upon presentation of proper vouchers approved by the Mayor and City Council
of the said City of Meridian as provided bylaw; to draw his warrant on the
funds above stated and against the appropriation as made in the preceeding
sections of this Ordinance, in favor.of.the parties entitled thereto.
Section 5. That this Ordinance be, and the same is hereby designated
as 'ETRE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO,
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 1970.
Section 6. WHEREAS, there is an emergency therefor, which emergency is
declared to exist, this Ordinanceshall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 25th day of March, 1974.
